It has been a great learning experience coupled with many late nights, worry and sacrifice to get to this point. A BBQ business fueled by passion and a desire to show something different. Grew up in Sydney, Australia and been cooking on charcoal since 10 years old but never really been taught how to BBQ properly. Now I'm following my dream to learn as much as I can and hopefully become quite skilled at the many styles of cooking outdoors.
Professional background has been working in management roles for 17 years behind a desk. Only in late 2010 did I resign from my full time job and open my BBQ business specialising in charcoal BBQs. You can say I'm following my dream and love in life which is good food and laughs around the BBQ.
